Chiesa and the Condition Department of Consumer Matters in May obtained judge authorization to change the hair and impound products inside the Red Floor Contest and Party shop. Situations asked for judge authorization after learning that some clients, such as kids planning to be present at their future proms, had placed remains but not obtained their outfits when the shop suddenly shut.
